The arrest-to-court path is a timeline, not a single database update. The jail creates the booking record. Prosecutors or law enforcement move charges into court. The court creates docket entries and dispositions. ACIC/ASP repository systems depend on fingerprint and disposition reporting for reportable records.

Recent Releases Are Not Dispositions
