1. What This Website Is

This is a private reference site. We operate independently and do not store official criminal records, run official background checks, file records requests, or submit Arkansas sealing paperwork for anyone.

The site points readers toward offices and systems that may hold Calhoun County criminal-history information, including the Calhoun County Sheriff's Office, Calhoun County courts, Arkansas State Police, ACIC, ARCH, CBC, and the Arkansas Sex Offender Registry, along with third-party tools that may assist personal research.

2. Rules for Using This Site

You agree that you will not:

• Use this site in violation of federal, Arkansas, or local law
• Use information from this site to harass, threaten, stalk, or intimidate anyone
• Make employment, housing, lending, insurance, or other FCRA-regulated decisions from site content
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems

3. No Harassment, Stalking, or Discrimination

Using information from this site or a linked tool to harass, stalk, intimidate, threaten, or discriminate against any person is prohibited and may be unlawful. This warning is especially important for Arkansas Sex Offender Registry information, which is provided for public-safety awareness and must not be used for retaliation, vigilantism, employment blacklisting, housing discrimination, or other misuse.

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA. We do not create background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports. Neither we nor our advertising partners provide services designed for applicant screening, rental screening, insurance rating, or credit evaluation. You agree not to use data from this site or any linked tool to:

• Decide whether to hire or fire someone
• Screen potential renters or housing applicants
• Judge creditworthiness or set insurance premiums
• Determine who qualifies for licenses, permits, or government programs
• Do anything else that falls under FCRA rules

If you need a background check for an FCRA-regulated purpose, use an FCRA-compliant screening provider or the proper official process; do not rely on this site. Arkansas official criminal-history channels include Arkansas State Police, ARCH, and CBC, each with limits set by Arkansas law and authorization rules.

5. No Legal Advice

Nothing on this site is legal advice. We explain general Calhoun County criminal-record routing, Arkansas FOIA concepts, Act 1185 public criminal-history access, and sealing channels, but we cannot interpret a charge, warrant, conviction, registry duty, or sealing rule for a specific person. 11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas. Arkansas public-records access is separately governed by the Arkansas Freedom of Information Act, Ark. Code Ann. § 25-19-101 et seq., and Arkansas public criminal-history dissemination is separately governed by Act 1185 of 2015, Ark. Code Ann. § 12-12-1501 et seq. Any legal dispute connected to your use of this site must be filed in courts located within Arkansas.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Revised terms take effect when posted on this page.

13. Cutting Off Access

We may limit or block access to this site at any time, for any reason, without advance notice.

14. Severability

If a court finds part of these terms invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms stay in effect. The affected provision will be adjusted only as much as needed to make it enforceable.
